Renault — Abusing customer | |||
I booked a renault kwid, which was to be delivered by wednesday ( 13th april, 2016) but the loan procedure couldnt complete on wednesday followed by 4 public holidays, it got disbursed on monday which was the next working day, payment was realised at agency end, when i approached for delivery on tuesday, the sales executive in a very rude manner, denied the commitment and made false claims of intimating with no records as such and threaten me to delay the delivery even more if i spoke to anyone about this .
