As I visited your showroom anand autotech near chinahat in lucknow for purchasing of new car and your rep told that car is ready for delivery but we are wasting our time. My car is not available here and giving me more time to delivery.
Kindly instruct your person, pls don't provide wrong update to customers. As our time is more precious than your car. I wants immediate action on this....

Renault — bad services

Renault service centre people always fools their customers. This company is not to be trusted anymore. When my car was in warranty, service centre manager said all the parts are fine working and as soon as the warranty expired he made a bill of 1.5l and made a report about like 10 parts which needs to be changed, i mean seriously? A car's parts are so much wear and tear that they get damaged like this soon! Frauds these people are. And helpline is doing nothing except for saying we have forwarded your feedback. Duh!...

Myself kuljinder singh from patiala, punjab. I had given my accident car to renault jalandhar branch on 02-september-2017 and survey for the car was done on 07-september-2017 by surveyor appointed by the insurance company. The required spare parts for the car had already been ordered on 11-september-2017 as said by technical manager. Till now my car is in same state as handed over to renault jalandhar branch by me. Till now nothing has been done on my car. Whenever i called to renault jalandhar branch everytime they told me that we will start work on car today....

I am the proud owner of renault duster since jan 2013, residing in bangalore. Unfortunate, i met with an accident on 8th june 2017 & my duster was hurt badly, saving me completely. Since trident auto enterprises, are the only one authorised dealer of renault in bangalore, i dropped my duster @ renault mysore road (Trident mysore road branch) on 10th june 2017 (Job sheet no. 26409 dt 10/06/17) for the repair. But till date no any response from rewari service center and i call him, he says fault not found 18 september 2017. Too shameless service from your side. I got a problem with my fuel indicator.. Even if i fill the fuel tank to it's full capacity, the indicator shows it's just above half a tank... It makes trouble while i fill fuel and i am not being able to calculate the fuel i used or the quantity of fuel to be filled... So i want to get this problem resolved...2nd service is on 10, 000 kms, i have just 7000 kms now......

Renault — defective vehicle

I purchased duster in the month of april 2017, the vehicle they have given me was defected from day one.ac is defective, door glass is making noice once you use it under body notice and break noice. I had given the vehicle for repairing on 2000kms but they were unable to resolve the problems. And i have marked a mail to renault customer care but they are also sleeping over it.
Pls suggest if there is any other way out....

I have been mistreated by
Mr. Shivam service manager in renault aseem autos pvt ltd yamunanagar. He has no sense how to speak with the customer. He totally spoiled renault image in my mind. Now i understand why your cars are less in market irrespective of their quality it is due to such type of staff.

Please just give a strict notice to mr. Shivam. Hope you will look into the matter.

Also i am going to complain for that in every website possible.

Renault — booking for renault duster

I had booked duster cvt red color on 14th july. I was promised the vehicle first in a week, then in 4 weeks and then subsequently was told that the production schedule has come and i shall get the vehicle on in first week of september. It is already 15th septemeber and i do not have the vehicle. The price of the car has increased due to cess and yesterday the sales rep told me that he has no idea when the vehicle will come. The reason i booked duster over some other vehicles in the same category is that 1) price was lower post - gst 2) i was promised the vehicle in 1 week initially and then 4 weeks.

Hey, i purchased car from the showroom but when i took my car for the service.. I got to know that the car was already sold to someone else on 29 may 2017, where as i purchased the car on 25aug2017.
The engine number of the car has been registered under the name of the person who purchased it before us.
The showroom did a fraud to us.

Renault — non - availability of required spare even after giving sufficient time of 4 weeks.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that we have given our duster no. : gj06-hd-7286 for full servicing but it was half done and told to me that jumper spares are not available and will be available within next 4 weeks. On 12th sep 2017, when we approached the kamdar service station, makarpura, vadodara, gujarat., they told that the spares are not available hence regret to perform servicing.

1. What to do?
2. This is second time its happening, last time it took 14 day for servicing that to it was not performed fully.

Please reply what is to be done....

I have booked renault 85ps rxs diesel cayenne orange colour on 23.08.2017 in the name of my wife divya t with renault trivandrum showroom, near ioc fuel station. At the time of booking, executive from renault trivandrum lijo and team leader harilal told me that no stock of 85ps rxs diesel cayenne orange colour duster at all over kerala. And they convinced me that new stock of same colour vehicle transported for me from chennai to tvm. He gave me a chase no. I trusted my executive and paid the full amount on 30.08.2017. Dear renault,

I purchased kwid rxt 1.0 on 26-06-2017 from jp nagar renault. Car reg. No. Ka05-mv-5988. By that time, a cover note with no. 34912022 was issued during delivery. But till date i have not received the insurance hard copy nor the soft copy. The insurance is not generated i think so. Sales executive is least responsible to attend the issue. Many times i have contacted him but he says it takes time, i have written to higher authorities, the insurance person is changed like that. So i request you to please solve this issue.

Hi my vehicle no:- ka-48 m 5606, recently had visited hubbali service station on 7-9-2017 for general service and issue was meter fault, meter reading was 98, 000 km actually reading 1, 06, 000 km as my records but manager said that vehicle has been serviced at kollapur
(June 2017) with meter reading 1, 76, 000 km, actually vehicle has not bean driven to kollapur service station, kindly help me in solving the issue asap.

After sometime service station called me n said when ever u come back to jodhpur, we ll do all work pending n solve all problems... My name is mohammed basheer. I purchased a renault kwid 800 cc rxt car from renault trichur, mannuthy on 01-09-2017. As per their onam offer there was 4 door power window free or cash discount of 5000 inr. I selected 4 door power window and at the time of delivery they told power window kit is finished and after onam holidays they will bring and will contact us. They didn't call and also we called them they says it's not yet available. And we drive the car only 10 days it's showing some problems. There is problem in pick up. If we take car in first gear its moving easily...
