Renault — delay in service and careless service

Hi team

I have raised complaint at 9_45pm for vehicle broke down they said service engineer will come in 45 minutes and keep on responding same again and again. Now time is 11:30pm still no one has come and no response for renault. They said guy is coming from mg road but no response at all.

Renault — driver theft the car at the time of delivery after service on instructions of service engineer

Hi sir/mam i want to inform you that today 21 nov. 2017 i sent my car (Hr35 4625) for service and the driver came to give me back the car in the evening, we found that car has oil leackage so me and the driver inform to workshop manager but he did not accept and argue, suddenly driver on his instruction get back the car without my permission as like a their.
We procure the car behalf of the rapo of ranault but now these service center cheating and misbehaving with the customer
Plz tale strict action against ranault service center, sector 2 noida.

Renault — renault duster rxe petrol

I own a duster rxe petrol and i purchased this vehicle on 3rd may 2017.in a couple of months vehicle started getting problem, vehicle is having pick up problem.in the month of june vehicle gave a engine indicator. This i reported to service station and they rectified the problem saying it was fuel problem.

Next within span of 10 days, duster started giving jerk in 2nd or 3rd gear. This i reported to service station and they replaced throttle body and gave assurance that problem is resolved.
After running 300 and odd kilometers same problem relapsed, i have done video of rpm...

My name is chumsan owing a duster 110ps since 2013. I am very very unhappy by poor response from renault dealers gangtok sikkim due to non unavailability service centre from at gangtok sikkim from 2013. We are facing many problems from last 5 years.
Complaines like maruti, ford, hyundi, mahendra and mahendra. But never faced this kind of problem in gangtok sikkim. Despite of several times verbal complaint they did not take my complain seriously. I strongly requesting you to take my complain seriously. However, its either you start service centre or else shut down the company.

Renault — front glass broken

My vehicle no. Rj51ca0055 delivered by my son at jaipur service centre on 11.11.2017 and returned back by your service personal on 14.11.2017.
While checking the vehicle after servicing, front glass was found broken and vehicle bottom plate was also delivered in damaged condition.

We immediately go to service centre and they quoted the following;

1. For front glass : job will be done from insurance claim
2. Bottom plate : it will be replace immediately.

Please clarify that following;
1. Why my glass damaged?

Summary of the issue : i am feeling depressed and cheated by the behavior of the workers here. Mr parveen and mr binod who bluffed me by saying that the issue is resolved. When i started my vehicle again it had the same issue for which i came. My car is stuck not moving an inch.

I bought a renault duster amt rxl in nov 2016. Love the car for its handling, drive quality and road presence but 1 major problem and few minor annoyances. I expect more for something worth 15lacs on-road. After first service i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & 2nd gears) this shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations and jerks at speeds just above 5km/hr.. My car is renault kwid model number 2016, i dropped my car for service to service centre renault chandigarh plot no 47, elante mall industrial area phase 1 chandigarh 160002 dropped car on last wednesday after service they didn't call me to pick up the car. I told them all my problem which occur during the drive (Right side front and back indicator blinking continuously).

Do you have a complete satisfactory solution for the hard gear shift problem for the duster? Im also having the same issue for my duster ka 51 mj 8746. Im facing it while shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Its hard rock.. And then i apply/release clutch 2-3 times to shift the gear smoothly. Pls help me to sort it out... Im taking my car to silkboard, bangalore service station today. I have already discussed the issue with the service team last time but it was not fixed.

I bought a car renault lodgy from bhilwar nirmal cars on 25th july 2015 and met a car accident on 25 september 2015. Car was almost damaged and went to repair at nirmal cars udaipur. There they cheat with me used local parts in my car, many parts are fully damaged they just temporally repaired it, they color my car in a local service center, many problems are still there in car. Renault — poor quality battery, not replacing

Hi team, my renault kwid car battry of brand amaron got drain without any notification on display at dashbord. I struck in middle of my journey n now renault is refusing to change battery saying its out of warranty. A betry shuld work for atkest 3 yrs while for mine its just 1.8yrs. Thy r harrasing me mentally for this as its a low qulity betry thy puting by purchasing at a low price of bulk order.

As i booked renault lodgy rxz 110ps fieryred car on jun 21, 2017 at khivraj pearl - pondicherry renault showroo (Moolakulam), but still they have not yet delivered and i paid up to now 60k.

Actually i booked the car for my marriage but now it almost 5 months and they have not delivered the car and asking me to wait.
But they promised me to deliver the car before marriage date. But i paid 600 rs on my marriage reception to stand that lodgy demo car in front of reception hall.

We bought new kwid car from renault himayathnagar branch on 26th october 2017, booked under mrs. Gopala ratnam krovvidi. As the showroom coordinator promised to provide basic accessories on 26th oct 2017 on booked date and the same was not done and then they promised to provide the same with in 10 days from date of delivery (I. E., on 26th oct 17) but still they are not providing the same.

Please do the needful as early as possible.

For noise coming in car which irritates during driving and loose confidence for driving long distance.
Still noise persist.

Even on charging very heavily by renault team, they provide poor services.

3 months back i'm buy a new renault kwid in renault omr chennai. My vehicle issue is steering cross aligned from the date of purchase. After one month this issue attended by renault omr service center. After service car tracked in left side. But, service center personal told that car not tracked in left side. So, again service center person wheel aligned in front of me. Left side caster value is showing red indicator. I'm escalated this issue to mechanic he told that caster adjustment is not available in kwid. So, i'm not responsible. So, this issue is manufacturing defect...

Renault — delay in delivery even after 100 days and while accident took place the air bag did not open

I met an accident on 26 july 2017 while driving in my duster car with my family. God saved us. But my question is that why the air bags didn't open during a major accident. Everybody asked/ told me to make a complaint to consumer court even personals from the your own workshop. I purposely didn't because it will provoke the workshop and any further damage may be done to my car which i may not be able understand even after delivery. I am just a user. The vehicle had been picked up on 31 july by the workshop. Today it is the 100th day. Now they say that the bill is not sanctioned and wait for call...
