Renault — substandard quality product and bad poor sale service

I have very bad experience with this Service center. I should rate them 0, unfortunately that option is not available. Renault kwid uses substandard battery that needs to be replaced within 2 years even scooty battery has better life. On top of it this Mysore road Bangalore service center provide wrong info when you put your car for servicing. For example they tell you over the phone that your car battery needs to be replaced without sharing the diagnostics report and demand your approval. In my case they shared tampered battery diagnostics report after 25 days however I asked it during the servicing....

Renault Duster — gear box issues with renault amt rxz

Hi

I bought a renault duster AMT RXZ In 2016. I like the car for its stability, drive quality on highways but there is a major problem with it's gear box. I expect more for something worth 15lacs on-road. After first service i started noticing shuddering/stuttering at low speeds (1st & 2nd gears) this shuddering/stuttering results in dramatic vibrations and jerks at speeds just above 5km/hr.. After multiple visits to renault service station and few basic trouble shooting performed on the car, the problem did not go away and it had become strenuous to drive in the city. Now the car...

There is no help given by renault as they have suddenly closed many service center near dombivli. If we call them they transfer to road side assistance than they send person to do jump start the car where we expect technician he says to take car at service center which is 60kms away and if it gets break down than technician will come you have to call road side assistance. Wait for two hours on road. Worst service at the time when we purchase they promised lots to things
They don't care about customer they have changed more than 10 parts in my car in two years....

I own renault kwid climber amt purchased on[protected]. (Chasis no.- meebba004h3477436), reg. No.- hr26dn9333.

I feel cheated to buy this car. I am very unsatisfied with renault service centre (Atul kataria chowk, gurgaon). Here are my concern
1. At my first service they stole the toolkit but i have just filed the normal complain still there is no action.
2. Recently my car went to the service centre for 3rd service on[protected] which was handled by mr. Amit soni (In service centre) the issue is given below:

I gave my car for battery and combination switch problem on31st october after keeping car for 3 hrs they said oil filter assembly along with cooler and coolant all having leakage all needs to be replaced i said ok then they didnt gave car and the nxt day they r sayibg my ac is bot cooling new prob btw when i was delivery car i was using ac and was perfectly fine just as i used everyday but now they saying it also has problem and the combination switch which they were supposed to replace didnt come so they said the car will be ready nxt day means 3rd day and then will say some other things not working...

Renault — not getting start on every morning..

From lat 15 days faicng problem is that.. Car is not gettgin start, on every moring due to batter discharger automatially,

When we call to rsa they sent enginenr to start the car with external battery.. But on everyday we are facing same issue on daily basis,

Pls suggest.. Its a batery isue or somethung else,,
Is batery will be replaced within warranty or not?

Renault — cheated by false promise

Extremely bad experience buying a renault triber from vibrant motors kolkata... Will inform all my friends and known people to never buy a renault car... Booked a car and paid in full on 26th sept and the salesman informed that the car will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. But the car was not delivered. Then i was informed that it will be delivered after durga puja holidays. My first emi was also debited from my account. Again the sales rep informed that it will be delivered before diwali. Still it is not been done. Extremely irresponsible attitude by the dealer. This is the worst car buying experience...

Renault — unprofessional service behaviour

Hi,

I hv sent my vehicle in rudrapur center to check the starting problem and after that it was working fine but now again same issue came and i tried to check by open the bonut if my car and what i have found is totally unprofessional.
There is one box with many switches, which should be cover properly is left open by the service team.

This is regarding my complaint on clutch plate safety and quality issue (Ref. No:[protected]. I'm not satisfied with the mediocre response from renault customer support and anamalais motors private limited. I'm requesting you for the replacement or refund for this product.
I'm not sure how you are seeing my issue. This is serious to me. This is a car of price tag 16.5 lacs and it costs another 53000 for mere 3000kms range. And all you guys could do is blaming my drive style without addressing the issue properly.

I vimal pravin patel, from surat gujarat, is owing renault kwid climber top model reg no - gj05 ra 0882, ch no - meebba004h3477047 year of purchase april 2017, would like to inform you that while driving the car last week on saturday 12/10/2019 at about 9.30 pm suddenly the car was not able to start after i parked... So i called the road /ide srvice and a person came with a battery and tried to start it but he was unable to start... So they requested to tow the car to the service center for further checking... On asking to the customer case whether any charges would be applicable......

My car service given to diwakar moters private limited udaipur which is given on sunday 2019.in job card details i have shown what i have in my car & what to solve mainly i have told ingious light 💡 & stop engine light & ac cooling many thing of small like speakers, wiper etc. & service also of 1 lakhs km. They told me i take 3-4 days

Renault — very hard clutch in renault duster rxli

Rxli model (Approximately 13+ lakhs) facing serious problem with hard clutch and because of which i stared having severe knee pain. Tried enquiring with service centre but i was informed the car model is like that. Kindly provide me any alternate solution because i'm unable to use the car for past 8 months. Also, i'm not in a position to sell this car. It would be of great help if you rectify this problem soon....

Renault — renault showroom is asking delivery/ handling charges for triber rxz vehicle

Hi,

Last month i booked triber (Rxz mt) vehicle in trident motors, jp nagar, bangalore, white color.in which the dealer is including 12, 390 inr as handling / delivery of charges even after asking them that supreme courts judgement has ruled it out. On confronting the dealer with it they say that the renault company has allowed them to do so.

To take the matter further i have escalated this with renault customer care by mailing to [protected]@renault.com
I haven't received any reply in mail yet.

Now i am confused, who is superior, supreme court...

Below are the grievances shared to you but there is no improvement on this further.

My complaint was just compensated by ixtar order eliminator by your one of the male & female employee, which is not the solution.

I have done re-service and the below pending job with authorized showroom where the found the oil level was less.

Then what kind of service kun renault kattupakkam had done??? For which i paid inr 16000/-

I would request you and team to look in to my issues and re-service my vehicle...

Renault — after full payment taking emi from account and not going to provide the noc [Resolved]

Hi,
I have taken a loan form renault finance.
Not getting the noc after full payment of my car to renault finance (Loan application no. Rdel057116) and still taking the emi form my account.
Even i already paid the total amount dated 14/09/2019 and this month emi paid by me as well see the attached screenshot for confirmation..
Following on twitter as well and they are not responding.
I don't take anyone take car and use the service from renault finance.

I don't know why it is happening?

My renault kwid vehicle had starting issue. I am staying in nagaram village after giving kushaiguda service center they have found that rat had bitten the engine cable. And also stated that petrol pump also not working. We asked to pay 13044 rupees for the replacement parts. Service center took more than 30days to replace the parts. And at last after taking vehicle delivery we had breakdown issue which is new issue it was not there before giving it to service center. Dear sir i have purchased 2 yr extended warranty along with brand warranty (2+2) from renault on aug 2016 but recently my vehicle met with accident on 10th sep 2019 & got repaired by bodyshop on 21st sep'19 through royal sundaram insurance thereafter some diagnosis service team found that ac not working due to ecu may be affected after accident & not covered under warranty but my question is that where is my fault when i have paid for extended warranty as well as insurance and paying regular for maintenance for vehicle as per company guidelines pls help me i won't pay extra amount when extended...

I booked a Renault Kwid on July end and paid full amount by end of August. At the time of booking and payment I continuously asked agent if new model is coming in a few months since all over the internet it was mentioned regarding the facelift. We were not in a hurry since we wanted the car by end of October and we will wait if facelift is coming this year.

The sales person denied with absolute confidence and let me quote him "Sir trust me no more facelift happening this year. Pls have confidence and book it. I can guarantee you 100% ". And now in October itself Kwid launched new...
