Renault — starting problem on Feb 18, 2018
I have a new renault kwid automatic.
It is just few months old but already giving starting problem, currently the vehicle is in unnati service station - hadapsar pune.
However service station is not owning the problem and saying it might be battery problem and its battery manufacturer problem. Need solution for the problem renault should not washing their hands and blame on battery. At the end i am suffering as vehicle is not getting started...

Renault — battery issue with kwid

My vehicle was purchased in may 2016.

Within just couple of months after purchasing kwid it did not start. Road side assistance had to come n jumpstart the vehicle.

It is really sad to hear a brand new vehicles battery drains out. I understand that batteries are consumables however a car battery draining out faster than your mobile is unheard off.

If my vehicle is ideal for 10 hours i get a warning message for the battery. I am asked to pay for a new battery dispite purchasing extended warranty.

There should be a battery...

Renault — during pick up at start my vehicle gives jerk

Purchased my kwid 1.0 atm in may 2017, first month it was very smooth ride. Only once the acceleration was stoped without any signal and vehicle stoped in middle of the high way. Then actual problem started during pickup at low speed, on the clump or reverse vehicle started jerking and entire vehicle vibrates. Shown to service centre & asked to resolved the issue during first service. After service it was ok for few days but the vibration increased after that. Recently during flooding replaced gear/ clutch plate and other accessories as suggested by service advisor. But then also the issue is still...

Renault — duster gear shift problem 1st to 2nd gear

Hi renault customer care,

I own duster ka01 9795, having the gear shift issue. While shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear, sometimes gets stuck and lots of push is required to shift then. Is is very annoying and dangerous, as we do not know when this is happening.

I have seen several complaints from others also for the same issue. The solution also i have seen from you to replace the gear synchronize ring.

I bought and getting serviced by trident renault silk board showroom.

Can you kindly fix this issue?

It is with utmost disheartening and sad mind i am writing this feedback.
I have a very bad experience with your company and your service dealer.

I own a duster. Yesterday i with my brother were on our way for an important meeting and a construction bidding on it and suddenly the car stopped working. By no means it would start working. We were left on the road with no help or support nearby. After waiting for a very long time we got a road recovery vehicle and finally the duster was pulled to the renault service centre.

My kwid is also for long time problem not solve. 28 decmber 2017 ahmednagar showroom ko entry ki hai. It very very bad service in ahmednagar showroom in maharashtra. Ahmednagar renault showroom is not work is popar time. Very long time is problem solve. Mai jab showroom jata hu to showroom service advicer coming after next week and your vehicle redy. But vehicle is not redy to 1 month....

Renault — amt jerking issue

I bought renault duster amt rxl from sri sri motors, secunderabad on 10, march 2017 and the vehicle has clogged 12000 kms till date. On any given day once the vehicle is driven for more that half-an-hour, the vehicle starts shuddering/jerking while moving in first gear and now the same can be noticed in second gear also. I have taken the vehicle to uppal service center and sadly there are no mechanics to deal and understand amt.

After spending 13 lakhs of hard earned money, the issues faced with duster are not worthy....

In 2013 i have booked an renault duster against the booking amount of the waiting process... It will take some more months for my turn to get my car... But in the year 2014 floods ramp all over city and everything got disturbed and halted for months together... Now from last 1and 1/2 yr i am following my case with renault srinagar for my money but till date they are giving me dates only but no money... I would like to inform you that i had purchased a vehicle no. Dl1cv2756 renault kwid rxt 1.0 (In the name of gagan kumar s/o durga prasad r/o c-37 sanwal nagar new delhi 110049) from renaul showroom situated at east of kailash (In the name of screen cars pvt ltd.), director name - anuj kapoor.

Our agent was - mr. Harish and his numbers are [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

Now, there is a refund amount of rs. 36, 940.00 (Which was paid extra)

I had paid them following part payments in cash and in cheque.

Following are the problems faced in cars which might be common for you.
1) the first visit i did on 5th of april 2017for the ac problem where it was solve than and there.
2) the second time i visited on15th may 2017 where in i informed about fuel consumption it was unresolved and said average once you drive more it will increase.
3) the third visit was on 29th may 2017 where in they came to know there was issue where in a part by name canister evapo was faulty due due that there was vacuum created in fuel tank so the fuel tank was also replaced along with flexible reserve packing...

I bought the kwid 1000cc in sept 2017 at malappuram, since then i am facing the mileage problem, in the city mileage is 11 - 13 kmpl max on highways it is somewhere 17-18 kmpl. Almost 2 times i gave my car to the service station, and they give it back claiming the problem solved but still i am facing the same issue. -

Actually my car is going for service in your service station, always they estimated the wrong price. I am not satisfy this serivce.
It always give me wrong estimated. Very poor service.
Attitude is not good, the sale executive name is ramrakesh nagar. He has no sense how to talk with customer.
First he is giving me 14000 rs estimatedm, then he gives us 18000 rs. This is rediculus for us. And he is not giving my car. I said him please send some guy...

Complaint regarding - the engine will all of a sudden stops while driving in middle of the road.

The issue was there from first month of usage this regard talked to service person over phone and i was informed that once the software gets updated in first service, the issue will be resolved.
First service done on 27th may, 2017. Went well for few months and later same problem...

A very bad experience with Renualt :
I bought Renualt Sandero in Sep. 2015, my battery get flat in July 2017, after 1 year and 10 months, as my car was still in warranty, Renault had replaced it and I didn’t pay anything, the new battery efficiency started to decreased after 5 months, after 1 mouth later, the battery became completely flat, so the new one with Renualt’s name last just 6 months !!! Which is impossible, unless it is DEFECTIVE one or USED.
so I called the call center to complaint and went to the service center on 14/01/2018, they refused to deal with the case and...

Booked a duster cvts from gurgaon haryana in 1st week of july 2017, with a promise of getting it by 3rd week. Got the said duster on 6th october 2017, the delay was never explained by renault after n no of complaints.
Duster is yet to be registered as renault has made a mistake in my dusters chasis no and engine no// a homologation problem as per rto sonipat. This rectification is at snail speed with renault totally silent.
The company has no shame at the delay and on the erorr of homologation.
I as a consumer am sufferring both mentally and financially.
Can renault explain...

Renault — miscommunication with the customer lost 10000

Purchased renault kwid from hitech city outlet.
The dealership has not provided proper information to me thus resulting in paying an extra 2% (10000) of charges towards rta. When spoke to the customer support and other teams, their response was not proper and the dealership started blaming the rta server for their problems and not even bothered about the customers pain.
Totally rude conversation from the customer support cell and the local csm, finally offered me accessories worth 1500 which is not even 15% of my loss and they spoke as if they have no mistake from their end and as...
