[Resolved] Renault — bad service and looted money | |||
Hi renault team, I am struggling with a peculiar problem with my renault duster car with registration no: ts07em9136 purchased in jun-2015. I purchased this vehicle from auto logic, kondapur, hyderabad. I have renault 2 years extended warranty which is valid till jun-2019. Problem is gear rod/stick is locking while switching between first & second gear. It is happening once or twice in a week especially while taking the u-turns or continue on first gear for long and then switch to second gear. I have been giving the vehicle for serving at auto logic service center, kondapur, hyderabad. During third (20k / 2 years) in jul-2017, i reported this problem. During that it was not fixed and told that it will go on its own and manager (Prasad) told me that we will fix it later if it continues again. Again i reported the same problem to fix it in oct – 2017 and that time auto logic team investigated for 2-3 days and told me to change the clutch pedal and replaced it part of extended warranty. Still the problem is not fixed. I waited and during 30k / 3 years servicing time in jun-2018, i reported the same problem. They investigated again, kept the car for 2-3 days and told me that there is a problem with clutch master and replaced it part of extended warranty. Within a week time, the problem repeated. This time the manager (Sarat) promised me that the problem will be arrested. I gave the car again for fixing the problem. They kept the car for 2-3 days again and told me that there is a problem with clutch plates and you have to replace and it is not part of extended warranty support and they replaced the clutch plates and charged me around rs. 7500. The manager (Sarat) told me that the problem will be fixed forever. Again after a week time, the problem repeated. Looks the problem is not fixed and the parts they replaced is nothing got to the problem i reported. Now when i am trying to give my vehicle back to auto logic guys, they are not responding well and not taking my vehicle for fixing the problem. I am wondering whether the auto logic team did a right investigation of the problem or not. Replaced clutch pedal, clutch master part of warranty and clutch plates (Charged me rs. 7500), kept my vehicle for 2-3 days every time and the problem is not fixed. Not sure whether they have right skilled technical team to identify, fix my current problem. Every time, i had to leave the vehicle to auto logic place 2-3 days i spent lot of money to commute to my office and other activities which caused lot of inconvenience. I wanted to bring the above incidence to renault team and seek your help in 1) fixing my current problem permanently and 2) return my money rs. 7500 which unnecessarily replaced my clutch plates at my own cost and 3) auto logic team should not repeat such incidents with any other customers.
