[Resolved] Renault — behavior/commitment | |
Hi team, I made a booking for renault kwid climber at your showroom at mg road. They assured me that they will get the car finance and gave me a guarantee of 110 percent. Unfortunately they were not able to finamce it for me. I was also informed that the booking amount will be redunded back with no deduction which i also have a confirmation on a recorded line. Now they have stopped picking my phone and have been giving me excuses. Also they want me to write a letter to them saying i cancelled the booking from my end so that they can deduct some money from booking amount. I never cancelled the booking. I was them whi were not able to finance the car for me so why should i pay for it. Kindly suggest if this can be sorted or i'll have to find a legal way.
