Renault — Brand new renault kwid had to visit its service centre twice with in a month after delivery for major issues | |||
With in a month after delivery of a brand new kwid i had to visit renault service centre twice. 1st for faulty clutch pin & now for knocking noice while applying breaks when ac is on. On faulty clutch they service centre said that there is a clutch pin which got dismentaled and same was fitted again.For this they have Not mentioned the reason of the fault in any receipt from service centre. After that there was no clutch generated sound, but was surprise to hear mutiple sound while applying the breaks. It could hear clearly When air conditioning is on. To rectify this thay are still in process and my car is still in service center. Very very disappointing to know that brand new renault kwid has to visit service centre again and again for the some or the other reason With in a month of delivery. Its really questioning on the quality & performance of renault product Was this information helpful? | |||
