My car ac issue is ongoing since 7 months and until last month there was no action taken except filling ac gas. Last month service team said they have identified issue with high pressure ac hose and they replaced it. It was only 2 weeks after it was changed and now again there is a ac gas leak. Now they are saying issue with low pressure ac hose and they don't have the stock to replace it and i have to wait for few more days to get it replaced.
The car is in the service center at least for 5 days a month since 7 months. Service team didn't take any necessary actions initially as they only filled the ac gas, after i started posting complaint on face book page they took action to replace the part last month. They are bluffing around like this since 7 months. I'm having a huge impact because of this as i can't use the car and every time i should drop the vehicle at service center and i have to fuel the car for there r&d and testing. Plus i have to manage my own transport. This is been consecutively happening since 7 months, you can check the service history or i can send you the bills if you want.
Who is going to compensate for all the trouble i have gone through.
Appreciate if you could look into this matter and help me.
