[Resolved]  Renault — car audio music system not working

Hi, i have renault fluence e4, manual, 2013 model, white color, gj19af6466.
I have given my car for general service few months back and ever since then my car audio music system was not working.., i have personally visited nearest renault service center many times, but i have not got any help or right response from them, its been almost 3/4 months i have no audio music in my car., and service center says "they cant repair replace or help me anyway.."

So this is my humble and final request to company to help with the product they have sold us with the promises and trust.

My car also having same problem how can I resolve this?
Hello, we have a renault duster. We had given it for service recently and after the same, the audio system has not been working. The screen is completely blank.

What can we do to get this checked and repaired. Location : Cochin, Kerala, India
