Sir we had purchaseda car of renault from dulichand motors, kolkata at the time of selling we were told that our car comes with bumper to bumper insurance. But 3 months back on 27 august my car accendent in kolakata. I went to service centre on 29 auigust . They said they will give me my car back on 27 sept'15 but till today they had not given my car. After 2 months they called me and said that i have to rs.12000+ for repaing purpose as my car is having comprehensive policy rather than bumper to bumper. I went with all this fact to dealer on 20 days back and informed them. They agreed that this type of mal practice has happened earlier bybtheir ex asm. And they assured me that they will look into this matter and will resolve it in three days. From then onwards they are neither picking my phone nor giving back my car. In the mean time i had incurred a loss of emi and 3 mo0nths tenure along with driver salary and convayce of personal by means of hire taxis and car. Please help me. . I also informed to the renault several times . But the kept mum . I m in helpless state. I had already expensed out rs. 150, 000.00 during this by paying salary to the driver and hiring out car. My mother is acancer patient and every week she get to hospital for chemotheray and follow up. I m totally ruined. Was this information helpful? | |||
