[Resolved]  Renault — Ceramic Coating and Tax Problem

I bought Renault clio 4 at Renault Mais İzmir Turkey on 14 th feb 2020. Also i have suggested 2 of my friends to buy this car to buy. My couisen decided to buy clio 5 icon and one of my friend decided to buy clio 4 icon. My sales representive offered to me and my couisen too as car ceramic coating paint protection with 3000 TL extra money. I and my couisen accepted. Renault MAIS izmir delivered car to us as completed all process. Due to covid ı do not have time to use my car, When i started using it ı relised that there is no ceramic coating paint protection. When i go to to seller they verified that they have not done any process to my car also they have not paid local tax for my car and for my friend car. When i called my couisen Renault checked my couisen car about ceramic coating they verified that there is no ceramic. Right now Renault Mais Declared that they do not have ceramic process for any car in their service. But i have been holding invoice which one is issued as by Renault MAIS as Ceramic coating is implemented to my car. I have been discussing over than 2 weeks for this problem but there is no solution. Kindly assist me to solve that problem otherwise i ll apply to judge to solve that problem. What a bad experiance. Also i oppened several case to solve that issues; first day one of guy called me another day there is no response. Today i have called 3 times to solve my tax problem and another issue i could not find contact.

Kindly consider my complaint and assist me for this case.
