Renault — Cheating by company - Not providing features in the product brochure | |||
I bought a Renault Duster RXE version on 31 st May 2015 from Renault Dealer in Patparganj New Delhi. On delivery of Vehicle I fottle ound that there was no rear arm rest and bottlle holder as mentioned in the brochure in the exact model version that I bought. I took up the issue with Dealer and they told me that this is the vehicle that we got from company. I contacted Renault and made a complaint no[protected]. Initially they even refused to acknowledge the issue, however when I sent them evidence they logged the complaint. There was no response for good 20 days and then simply mentioned that this feature was discontinued. If the feature was discontinued how was in mentioned in all the brochures and website feature list. They informed me that they have corrected the website.
