I bought Renault Kwid automatic in 2018.And since 2019 I have been experiencing problem in auto gear shift. Whenever I used to take to service center they used to say it's a system error so we updated the software.It used to be okay for couple of days and the problem come up again.They continued this until 2023 and now my vehicle has come to complete stop.Now they are asking to replace the CLUTCH MOTOR which costs Rs.24, 000/-, as now the car is out of warranty period.When I did a search most same model kaid has faced this same problem.The gear shifting problem which I complained to them in 2019/20/21 when car was under warranty was clearly the case of faulty CLUTCH MOTOR, which then they could have replaced for free. Now I can't spent Rs.24, 000/- which caused because of Renaults fault.
