[Resolved] Renault — Clutch related problem arising within 13000 km running of new vehicle | |||
Dear sir, It pains to inform you that vehicle (Renault duster) bearing no jh 01 bv 5921 was purchased from madan motor, ranchi jharkhand on 27.11.2015, getting cluth related problem after running 13000 km and presently lying in the break down condition at gen next motors ltd, panvel, navi mumbai. Detail of status of vehicle. 1. Purchased from madan motor, ranchi, jharkhand on 27.11.2015. 2. Done first servicing on 29.01.2016 at renault service center patna. 3. Brought from patna to mumbai by reputed packers & mover by spending about 24000/- if required bill for the same may be produced that shows how carefully i keep my vehicle. 4. Done second servicing on 01.06.2016 at gen next motors ltd, panvel, navi mumbai. 5. On 04.07.2016 i noticed clutch and gear related problem and visited after appointment on 06.07.2016 but on that i was not entertain dror the same stating that shortage of man power. 6. Thereafter, on 13.07.2016 i got appointment and same day my car was delivered with a remark that "clutch bleeding done, after bleeding trial taken check found ok". 7. When i asked to the contact person named sanket sawan over moblie number i. E[protected] he told he didn't recognised any problem and in future if any thing happend again you just make its video and forward it to me now your vehicle is under warranty period. 8. On 11.08.2016 when i was on the way of my office same problem again repeated, then i called about more than 10 times to sanket sawan over mobile number i. E[protected] but didn't get any response. Thereafter, i called to gen next motors ltd, panvel, navi mumbai and got an appointment for 12.08.2016. 9. On 12.08.2016 when i was on the way to above service centre my vehicle got completely break down and by using towing service i have to send my vehicle at service centre. 10. Till 13.08.2016 i didn't get any response from service centre, then i made a complain on 15.08.2016 (Complain i. D no is[protected]. 11.in response of the above complain i got a call from service manager of the above service centre stating that entire clutch plate has been damaged and it was due to driving problem so it will not cover under warranty and sent a estimate of rs. 61900/-. 12. When i told to service manager he talked rudely and told you have to pay entire amount. 13. Further i approached to customer care on[protected] at about 5.00 on 16.08.2016 and told him entire problem and thereafter till today i. E. 17.06.2016 at 5.30 no response has been made from there side, whenever i called, it was told only i have forwarded your request to complain department and will arrange a call but no call has been received.in this connection what remedy i may expect from there side. As it is 8-9 month old vehicle and till date run only about 15500. I got my servicing at time. When i noticed such problem i visited to service centre for the same but they failed to diagnosed the problem and gave ok certificate. Then how my entire clutch system has been damaged after about 2000 of running. It all either due to manufacturing defect or failure of diagnosed the problem by service centre, as all time they has given ok certificate never recommended for any defect/problem to be short out.
