Renault — Complaint for new renault kwid car | |||
On tuesday 1st march 2016 i booked new car, renault kwid from gen next motors, thane and got car delivery on last thursday 7th april 2016 evening. There was lots of mess created due to negligence from the sales person regarding payment made by bank. And now unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because there is loud engine noise which disrupts during driving. My husband had deposited the car yesterday 13th april 2016 at same service center. Today we got to know, the bonnet needs to open & some issues need to rectify which will take another 2 days. How irritable this would be, when you buy a brand new car & within 8 days of it it is for repairing for 3 days. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost for me and my family.
