[Resolved] Renault — complaint for not providing service and for not giving correct information. | |||
Madam/sir, On 18.11.2019, i gave my car (Pulse), bearing registration no. As01bg 9895, with a complain of non functioning of ac and inner hood lamp of the said car to t. I automotive pvt. Ltd., bonda, guwahati. Repair order-customer copy attached herewith. After 18.11.2019, i contacted many times to know about the status of my vehicle.in reply, they only extended time in the excuse of 'diagnosis' etc. Etc. And after that they informed me that one parts of the vehicle is was required and it was not available with them. They also asked (Over telephone) permission from me to order the same (Date forgotten). After that i inquired so many times about my car but no suitable reply was given by them. Today i. E., on 21.12.2019, one mechanic of the said service station informed me that it would take more time as they reordered the required 'parts'. Already a considerable time (More than one month) has elapsed and till date the status of my vehicle is the same. Now, i wish to know can a customer sit more than one month after giving it to a service station? It is the service of renault? Whether my vehicle is being used by renault staff for their personal use? Or is my vehicle intact there? If service station cannot repair/ provide service than they should inform me or return my vehicle.in spite of doing this, they are sitting idle. Will they give demurrage charges for such not completing the job and keeping my vehicle in service station for such a long period of time. I also want the proof of order placed for the parts needed by the service station, as informed, as well as the date of 'diagnosis' of my vehicle. And the reason of such delay. Hope you will understand my problem and will take necessary steps to return my vehicle after the needed service. I also expect that my complaint will not be the cause of escalation of bill amount.
