Subject: Complaint Regarding AC Coil Damage and Dashboard Damage After Service

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the recent service experience at your Landmark Service Centre, Turbhe, for my Renault Triber.

I had submitted my vehicle MH43BN9894 for servicing after receiving multiple follow-up calls from your representative. When I handed over the vehicle to service advisor Mr.Rajiv, its air conditioning system was working perfectly. However, I received my car after three days of service. I was informed by Mr .Rajiv about the delivery at around 7:00 PM, and the vehicle was actually handed over to me at approximately 10:00 PM, leaving me with no opportunity to properly inspect it at that late hour.During visit I made complaint to the Mr.Sambhaji about this delivery issue.

Upon checking the vehicle the next day, I noticed that the AC was not working—even though it was functioning well at the time of submission. I raised a complaint after five days as during those days it was not in operation, I was called in for inspection by first level Mrs.Supriya. At that time after inspection, I was informed that the AC coil was damaged and required replacement, which clearly indicates the issue arose during or after the service at your centre.When I complaint about this Mr.Sambhaji talked with me rudely and asking me about provide proof of the same.After continuous two to three follow up he told me with director consult will charge only part price not serivce charge.

Additionally, while inspecting the dashboard area, I noticed visible damage on the front side, which was not there earlier. This clearly reflects poor handling and maintenance practices by the technician during servicing.

In view of the above, I strongly request you to instruct your concerned department to replace the damaged AC coil and dashboard part at no cost to me as it was not properly handled during servicing to ac at the cost Rs.810/-, and as the damage occurred during your custody of the vehicle.

I trust Landmark Service Centre will uphold its service quality and customer commitment by resolving this issue promptly and satisfactorily.
