[Resolved] Renault — complaint regarding car deal | |||
Dear sir/madam As i had purchased a new renault kwid rxl-2017 model bearing chessis no. Meebba001hb548579 on[protected] from nagshanti autocars llp, udyambag, khanapur road, belgaum. Aginst a invoice raised by the dealer bearing no. 606 dated 28 feb 2018. I was given an offer of free comprehensive insurance on purchase of 2017 model vehicle for which the insurance value would be 16052.00 (In words sixteen thousand fifty two only). But at the time of delivery my car was insured but at the premium value of rs. 8969.00 (In words eight thousand nine hundred sixty nine only) for which a policy bearing no. 3001/hi[protected]/00/000 was given. Now i would like to know from the concerned person why i was given a policy amounting to 8969.00 when i was promised to be given a policy worth 16052.00 according to order booking form. Please take the matter into consideration as soon as possible and find a best way of solution for it as it has already taken too long time to consider the case in local showroom and please don't give me a chance to claim it from the court of law.
