Renault — Consistent issues with central locking and inadequate level of maintenance | |||||
This is a Email I have sent you and i would request answers from some responsible person in Renault Renault Duster Vehicle No. HR 26 BZ 5033 Model 2012 -Diesel Place Gurgaon RENAULT CUSTOMER SERVICE Dear Sir, We have got our vehicle at NCR Gurgoan Centre repaired for (i) normal service and (ii) consistent problem for central locking (from the past 8 months ) on 12.2.2016. The payment of Rs 13, 500 /- approx. was also done after the service with the assurance that the AC mode regulator(which had malfunctioned) service shall be done subsequent to the date of service and nothing extra shall be charged.Accordingly, the vehicle was again taken by us to NCR service Centre, Gurgaon on 10.3.2016 .At the time of sending the vehicle to Renault NCR Service Centre the vehicle was behaving normally including the Central locking system. For servicing of the vehicle AC mode regulator, the vehicle was retained for overnight and when the vehicle was delivered at my residence on 11.3.2016 the following were not working again: (i) The central locking buttons are not working from inside, (iI) The headlight (left side) is not giving adequate light as if one bulb is fused or not properly connected, (iii) The hazard lights at the back and front are not working even when the vehicle is stationary. (iv) The screws for floor mats etc were lying loose and were not attended properly. You are requested to get the above repaired at my residence with no extra cost as i do not have the patience of taking the vehicle to your showrooms in and around Gurgaon. The idea of shifting the showroom from Sec 37 Gurgaon to NCR Gurgaon was for better service only and rectifications of central locking which was not attended and understood by Gurgaon Sec 37 showroom. I am still not sure how long the central locking would behave normally as almost its the 7th or 8th time the vehicle has been attended by RENAULT SERVICE ENGINEERS, but to no avail .
