[Resolved] Renault — Default in Renault Kwid Car | |||||
Dear Madam/Sir, I am sorry to say that we are highly dissatisfied with the performance of the car. During last one week my RENAULT KWID. Car Registration No.- BR01CR 3078 Registration Date- Dec.10, 2015 Engine No.- E005210 My Car broke down twice within last one week midway all of a sudden. I had to get the Car towed away through RSA (Complaint submitted on both occassions) to the Renault Service Station (Brijnandan Industries- Kumharar, Kankarbagh, Patna) where they took 3 days to get the Car started and deliver and 2 days on the second occassion. Car's AC is another deterrent and while its on car pick-up gets weaker. I am not sure when will it break down again mid way leaving me and my family in an embarassing and difficult situation. Car's performance is not at par and as per the expectations raised during purchase. Please help me and if possible replace the car and help me get rid of this faulty car. Charging exorbitant on services.
Undue demands.
Confirmed by there service center that in past other service center has put duplicate spares.
Would never recommend this brand to any one.
The approach from the service centers is very casual.
No prffesionalism.
