[Resolved] Renault — delay in service and careless service

Hi team

I have raised complaint at 9_45pm for vehicle broke down they said service engineer will come in 45 minutes and keep on responding same again and again. Now time is 11:30pm still no one has come and no response for renault. They said guy is coming from mg road but no response at all.

I am with the family and 2 year baby waiting close to 2hours with no response.
