[Resolved] Renault — Delivery of kwid not on time | |||||
I have booked Qwid 1000cc RXL model on 2nd of march 2017 and sales person told me that i[censored] want the delivery on 13th march then u need to give the on10thmarch and we did the downpayment along with RTO fees but still i didnt get any response and they didnt inform me that we are not able to give car on Sunday.bcz stock and RTO process is still pending.we are calling them again and again.now they r still notcable to give any answer.i have given 2.40lac approx as down payemnt.it is ridiculous.they hold my money and still dont have any answer.i dont want thatcar. i want my full payment refund and i ll go with another company car.
