Renault — Disappointed with the response of Service center and customer care

Not satisfied with the response of customer care executive (Ms Prachi) I asked simple clarification regrading policies of free service, but she was confused and not conversant with the company policies at all. She was supporting her frivolous answers under the name of company policies. On asking which document contains such regulations, she was blank!!! I seemed that anyone in company can state the policies which suits them under the name of Renault India. Such conversation was completely unethical and uncalled for. My queries were very simple:- (a) Free service is on completion of 2000 kms (Yes) (b) Or on completion of 02 months (Yes) My car has completed 2000 kms and 02 months then why the service center guys are asking money for servicing??? Should I have gone before 2000Km or 02 months??? if that is the case then give me second service because my car has not completed 10000kms yet. Asking money for service is clearly in contravention of service documents.
