Please don't go for Renault Car, both sales service & customer service is bad..request you not to waste your money or time to buy Renault..Just to add to my grievance This is to bring to your notice that I had booked a Duster RXL AMT 2016 Brown, I am totally disappointed with your service because of the following concern from this specific dealer

Please find the complaint details below
1.Communication not clear
2.False promise to the customer
3.Delivered the vehicle without any documents (TR & Insurance docs missing)
4.Seat cover promised but not yet fixed
5.Loan approved cash credited with the retailer no response to do any other closing formalities
6.Despite the entire down payment & loan amount approved the showroom kept asking for extra money
7.Very slow service & the GM is very busy in meetings
Not sure if I would like to use your service or even to recommend any of your cars in future. Hope you could take this feedback very seriously and service your future customer better. Thank you
