[Resolved] Renault — duster centre lock key

I own duster rxs 85 ps. My duster centre lock key got complaint. I given to service centre malappuaram, kerala since it having two year warrenty. They told that they are not respossible to this problem and ther arguing that i have opend and damaged it. Actauly i got this problem after first service. Now ifeel that thier people would have opend it and damaged it.
