[Resolved]  Renault — duster diesel model having gearbox issue

Traffic in bangalore is not new. All cars need to have the resilience to perform optimally for 1 hour in the 1st and 2nd gear.
Yesterday after driving for 1 hour in the 1st and 2nd gear continuously, i was not able to change the gear from 2nd to 1st or 1st to 2nd.

The only way i could change the gear was to switch off the engine, change the gear and then power on the car.

I am raising the complaint here because verbally i did try to inform the trident renault team but their response was very casual : sir bangalore traffic will impact the gear of all cars.
Not sure if this will be addressed ever in today's india where consumer is at the bottom most layer of priority.
