[Resolved]  Renault — duster ps 85

Hi,

I am owning Renault Duster PS 85 with number plate KA51MG 5833. I have complained in last two service about gear change problem where gear gets stuck and it becomes to hard to change the gear from neutral to 1 or 1 to 2. I have given my vehicle for service today 28/12/2018 and put the complain again. The service adviser has advised to change/replace the entire clutch costing 24K. While googling out I found that this the common problem every other customer is having. Is it ethical for a world level company to cheat its customer where this problem is there in almost every vehicle? Why they should not take the responsibility and fix it forever for all vehicles . This is what we get after shelling 14-15 lakh. In Bangalore, there are not enough service center and the service quality is really really poor. Should the service adviser even ill advise customer and make more money rather giving the right advice and charge genuinely? When in India we can get something for what we are paying?

I Vicky Bhanushali had booked Renault Kwid car in 2017 in January 2017 with 10000 Rs and as loan was done fully so I did not buy car still I have not got cancellation or refund amount of Rs.10000 back from renault, complaint id is ID[protected].
Nobody is replying me as well

I have shared required documents 1.car advance booking receipt and 2.my bank statement showing debit of Rs.10000 by GEN Next motors pvt.Ltd with Renault on mail id [protected]@renault.com at 3.33pm for refund of my amount of Rs.10000.I have not received any revert after that.
