This is to bring it to your notice that i purchased duster rxz 110 ps (Facelift) (Vin:- meehsrcffk7006228, engine:- k9kr856e035828) from renault faridabad (Sunrise auto) on 5th aug 2019.
I've been facing an issue with my clutch from the day 1 of the usage. There is peculiar clutch noise along with grinding noise after driving for few kilometers everyday. The issue was reported to service manager during 1st service and he confirmed that issue is resolved at the time to delivery. However i faced the same issue the very next day and again took my vehicle for inspection on multiple times to the service center between 6th oct to 5th nov 2019.
A personnel from warranty department checked the issue after driving the car and confirmed that parts needs to be replaced. After waiting for a month finally the below said parts were replaced (As per service center) however i'm quite sure nothing has been changed or replaced as the problem still exists.
A. Flywheel
B. Clutch plate
C. Pressure plate
D. Slave cylinder
As the problem was not solved hence i had to visit the service center again with the video proof of the problem. This time i've been asked to continue using the vehicle for some time as they cannot raise another warranty claim until the first one is clear.
Being a customer of your top-end model first of all i was not expecting that my engine has to be open up on the first service and again the problem is not solved. It looks like that your service center is clueless about the actual issue.
As the problem cannot be solved with parts replaced i understand that it's a manufacturing defect and hence i demand a new vehicle as otherwise brand reputation is also gets impacted if one has to open up the engine on the first service.
I'm repenting my decision to buy a vehicle from renault india as it is causing me lot of mental and financial grief, i have already taken 3 days off from office just to prove that problem still exists. As a proof i'm also attaching the sound/video recording of the issue.
Request you to kindly look into the issue at the earliest.
