Renault — Extra take the registration fee from me of my car

I’m manit singh s/o nirmal singh resident at vpo kala sanghian distt kapurthala (Punjab). I buy the kwid car company of renault india pvt ltd at jalandhar showroom dated on 19.06.2019. My car no is pb09aa-5404. Company take 35689 rs from me for the registration fee but this amount more the correct registration fee. I know that time when the sms of registration fee came from registration office kapurthala (Sdm office) and my correct registration fee is 30682. Company take the 5007 rs more from me.
About this mater i told the branch manager and other staff many time but every time they are told me we are helpless because your amount in the company account and we cannot back this amount you. And i attach the screen shot of the sms then came dto office kapurthala. I request please do the back my 5007 rs from that company.
