[Resolved]  Renault — fake commitment and poor delivery of new car by dealer

Dear team,
Very sorry to say that your dealer benchmark motors private limited, mumbai having branch at vashi, navi mumbai very poor response for new car customer. On 26th november we visited at vashi renault and finalised kwid climber rxt. Same day paid 11, 000 inr as booking amount, at that time sales person told they can deliver vehicle in 7 days. After that i paid 2.16lakh amount next 3-4 and balance for finance. Renault finance took 10 days to complete the document process that also after my regressive followup. After disbursement of loan they not able to give the vehicle on committed date, i. E 12th december'2018. Finally when i started asking my money returned back then they committed date on 15th december'2018. They failed to deliver on that day also. After that our family priest (Pandit) told not to take delivery of car between 16th dec to 14th jan. So i told them to deliver the car on 15th of january'2019.
On 10th of january i visited the branch and remind them for deliver. They told dont worry deilvery will happen on 15th smoothly, but as i was having strong doubt because of experience so i asked them to show me my car on 14th jan, so that i can get deliver in proper manner on 15th at morning time.

On 14th evening mr. Shakir (Sales executive) told ur car is on the way to vashi branch. On 15th morning around 10 am i called him and asked to keep ready around 11 am, first he told ok, but at 11am he asked me to come around 13 hrs. At 13 hrs when we reached at branch for getting the delivery the cat was not there. He told me we sent for washing, we wait for 1hrs there, then the car came, but... It was not washed even i thing not ready to deliver. Any way before delivery i checked all the things as committed by dealer, so many things were missed. For every thing i need to shout. After that around 16 hrs i got my car deliver without full accessories as committed by dealer.
On that time they told within 2-3 days we will call you to deliver all accessories.
Today its 26th of january'2019, i didn't get any call from dealer.

Now i am going to file a complain in consumer forum for all this fake commitment and poor service.
