Renault — False commitment

Hi, Myself subir mukherjee i booked a kwid on 16 th oct 2016 on renault chinchwad showroom, at the time of booking they commits that they are going to delever a car end of december or first week of january . So i apply for car loan and paid the entire amount. But till date i have not received my car. Now they are misbehaving with me not giving any proper reply. I checked with SME of chinchwad showroom he is also giving same answer. Kundly guide me how to log a complains with consumer court. Regards Subir mukherjee [protected]
