[Resolved]  Renault — fatal complaint: death irresponsibility, considering customer, stupid and highly dissatisfied with the service

Dear sir/ma'm/manager,
I, sanjay patel, have a your company's car model duster (Gj24k1047) with year dec-2012, engine no d008890, and vin meehsra36ca008475. My car had problems with jumpers, front wheel bearings and got time for full regular servicing. I have given my car for any kind of service in renault showrooms only every time (If you need details then i can provide). I did not face any issues since i bought this car even after all services except the last one.
I handed over my car, for above mentioned problems with full service (Package of service annual maintenance contract), in the showroom of himmatnagar (Sk, gujarat) in the month of jul-2017 (Invoice date: 17-jul-2017; attached as well). The observer observed the car at that time and told me to change some parts. I told them to change the parts whichever required to be changed. My car was in the showroom for 4-5 days and then they gave me delivery. I took the car directly to the ahmedabad on that delivery day in the morning. Though i have strictly told to change the parts whichever required, still i found the problems like ac not working properly, one head light was off and vibrating of front wheels. I called the showroom poc immediately on the way and informed them about these problems. I gave back my car to the showroom on that day only in the evening. They kept my car for another 3-4 days and delivered after resolving those additional problems after first delivery. Though i informed about head light problems, the car had no eyes working (Both head lights off), i immediately informed again but the person told me that the wiring was local, we cannot touch. Is this the way of replying to costumers or is these the way that you are giving service to your costumers? I resolved this issue by myself as wanted my car at that time and i did not have time to give it into showroom.
I drove my car around[protected] kms then and now i found another problems of engine and/or its oil indicator started blinking and lower control arm of front side started having itchy noises. I showed these problems to local garage to identify problems and the foreman told that the car's turbo got failed, engine's rings failed (To make new engine) and also told there was no oil in the car. And my car is now like salvaged and scrap. So could you please tell me, how the similar kind of service that you have given to me? I think you people are just making customers stupid to earn money. You guys thought like we got a customer in the name of scapegoat. Did you really? If no, then how could you do this kind of irresponsible work?
The big concern from my side is, despite i told to change the parts whichever required, why did i face these many issues even after first service/second service. Despite i spent the amount of inr 81318, i did not get my car in the condition which i want. This is a big dissatisfaction from my side. I am going to complain this issue to the consumer court this monday and even if i did not satisfied then i will also take the necessary actions further to shut down your showroom.

Very worst response in erode office regarding insurance I went, they didn't sole my issue still seven days .erode office service manager also talked and nothing should solve..
