[Resolved] Renault — Fault/ non authentic quality certificate and no standard of working | |||
Quality certificate issued by renault kolkata south, bagaria motors is faulty and wrong. 1. Car is a 4*2 wheel drive, but quality certificate has 4*4 option ticked. 2. Windshield is already broken and it shows car green tick - which indicates that it is checked and ok at this time. Other issues are still there. 3. Wheel alignment after done yesterday, problem arises and car is going left. 4. Job card information not readable by service manager tuhim paul, and he is such rude to ask what is the issue. 5. Gear lever issue since 1 and half years, and 6. Suspension problem. 7. Kolkata south gives 3 estimates for one service job, an car delayed delivery by 18 hours.
