[Resolved]  Renault — faulty car delivered - in reference to my old complained on 18th august 2017. problem not resolved

Not yet resolved still under process. The vehicle is in service centre
But it's more than 1 month but my vehicle problem persist
How can you say it as resolved?
As you have failed to repair it in 1 month
I want to get my vehicle to be replaced.
I don't want a vehicle which is been repaired frequently and still problem exist.
When i have paid completely i deserve a car which is new and not faulty.

They promised me an exchange bonus Rs.25000, which I haven't received till date.
