[Resolved] Renault — Faulty design of Duster

I am owner of Duster (RJ20 CC 9872). I have miraculously escaped from a major accident, as the stepney tyre came out at a small jerk at a speed breaker. Thankfully, I was not on a highway but on city rode. I could just imagine how horrific it could have been on highway. How can you play with human lives with such a faulty design? I got to know that the same has happened to some more. Who is going to take responsibility of it?

I had been to renault Bhubaneswar service for repair of my duster.but after waiting for 1hr30 minutes nobody bothered to check my problem of my car also.behaviour of staff was not good.so came back without reparing my car.kindly help me.
