In september 2016, i purchased my first car renault kwid. I was happy with the price however, i did not knew that low budget cars comes with manufacturing faults.
I got clutch cable changed thrice, accelerator pedal twice under warranty. But had to pay for faulty glove box and engine guard, all this for known issues and manufacturing faults. And now i have to pay for keyless entry just because renault could not fix my faulty remote key, i have to buy new key.
Don't known how much more i have to pay for manufacturing fault. This has left a bad taste for renault. I regret buying a renault kwid as my first car.
I want to know why i have to pay for remote key? Were in it does not have any physical or liquid damage. The just stopped working and renault chinchwad, pune (Unatti motors) could not fix it. Now i have to bear cost for new key which is not of my fault.
It is shame to known that a multi million company isn't capable of fixing a faulty key under warranty and consumer has to bear the cost.
If find time or care to answer, please let know next course of action.
