SALESMAN IS A FRAUD : This is the worst Car showroom i have ever seen . I booked Kwid in the month of Jan 2016 paying 11000 as a booking amt and he told me that car will be delivered by 8 Apr 2016 . In the month of March i got a call from the salesmen asking me to make the full Downpayment of 1, 20, 000. The name of the salesman is Rahul from Fatima Nagar branch in Pune . I went to the showroom with 1, 20, 000 and he told me that just pay 20000 now and pay the remaining amount by next week as he will try to deliver the car before 8th April 2016 . He took 20 k in the showroom and then i got a call next week asking to pay the remaining amount and I told him i am busy now and will come to showroom later.He called me multiple times asking me to give my office address and he will come and collect the money and also gave me a fake chassis number informing me that me car is ready . I got that something is fishy as he was forcing me to pay the downpayment immediately . I went to the showroom and it was a shock for me coz another Sales person told me that Rahul is on leave and also only 11000 Booking amount is in their records and they have no idea about the 20 k which I paid extra . Even the manager is clueless about the money inspite of paying the amount inside the showroom . It was my luck that I didnt paid 1 Lakh as he was stating that he has got the receipt as well ...Guys please be careful with this Renault Showroom Located in Fatima Nagar, Pune .
