[Resolved] Renault — Highly satisfactory service provided by renault thane | |||||
I bought my renault kwid from the thane showroom. I am highly disappointed with the service received from renault for my renault kwid amt. Firstly the car was delivered a month late from the promised date which already killed all my excitement and to top of it multiple problems arise in the car in the 1st 3 days after delivering the car. And to resolve these issues i am asked to forward the mail and take the follow up of it. Even after buying the car, if i can not expect these basic services then its just pointless buying a car. And then when i got angry on the sales person, she said that she will speak to the crm and get the matter solved. Then the crm calls and me and to my surprise she asks me to bring the car to the workshop, which is your duty since it is a serious matter and asks me to bring it after 5 days. And then she asks me to call on the toll free number and speak to the executive. I mean i am just asked to speak to different departments. And then this female from the toll free number calls me and speaks in a rude tone asking me to give the car number which i dont remember completely at that moment so i ask her to give me a call in the evening to which she replies saying that "you call me in the evening and let me know the number of the car".
