[Resolved] Renault — Horrible experience in workshop | |||
I've send my newly purchased renault kwid rxt in mundka bodyshop for a minor damage. (There was a dent in front bumper and problem in bonnet). However, they took three weeks to repair it. Their words have no value as first they told me it'll be ready on 6/06/2016, monday. Then they said thursday it'll be ready. On thursday, i've managed a leave from office and when i was on way, they said it is not ready yet and on saturday, 11/06/2016 it'll be ready. On saturday morning when i called them up, they said on monday 13/06/2016 it'll be ready. However, today i went there and i found that they left the car in open air keeping windows open and the interior is very dirty. I've very bad experience and never recommend anyone to visit there. They are destroying the brand name of renault Was this information helpful? | |||
