Renault — Illegal logistics and handling charges | |
Hi Renault Team, I recently booked Renault Kiger RXT easyr on March 13th and I was happily waiting for the delivery of my vehicle by next month. However, I noticed the additional charge of around 11, 000 for 'Logistics and handling charges' which I am not happy about. I did discuss with dealer and they explained me the details politely but I am not happy that its charged on customers. I would like to raise a complaint on this please.
