[Resolved] Renault — Indecent Behaviour of Service Manager of Thrissur dealer | |||
On request to arrange for a pick up and drop facility for my Renault Triber vehicle, he refused the same very rudely. Not only that, he blamed me for selecting to purchase this vehicle which has only one authorised dealer in this area and told that he can not match the service of Maruti. His behaviour was real shock to me because I never expected such an act from a reputed firm like you to a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
