[Resolved] Renault India — Car Service | |||||
My car met an accident. Eventually i was told that within 7-8 days i will get my car. Its more that 2 weeks i have not got my car. Yesterday the manager Mr. Ajay called me to collect car and asked me to come before 6.30 but i waited till 8.30 and they were unable to fix and deliver my car. It was my wedding anniversary and raining. I had to walk back from that muddy place and no one had the courtesy to drop us back home or to the nearest taxi or auto stand. Last time i met an accident. they replaced my driver side door which was fixed in a way the road side mechanics do. Till today after six months and several visits they were not able to fix my door. Why am i paying premium to an authorised service centre like this. I need an immidiate action against NCR Renault and Renault India for such an harasment towards owning such a brand and someone penalize them so that they do not take consumers for granted Was this information helpful? | |||||
