[Resolved]  Renault India Pvt. Ltd. — complaint against the service

I recently serviced my car (Kwid) at motiwala business centre, jalna road, aurangabad service centre on 9th october 2019, but yesterday on 16th november 2019 at 15:00 pm the bonnet hood lock fell down and the bonnet opened up while the car was in running state, luckily nothing inappropriate happened but if the car hit anything could happen, i just want to say who is responsible for this how the lock could fell down? The service incharge not checked the lock or not tighten the screws of the lock, and also the a/c filters were not cleaned in the service, please see to this.
