Renault — inefficiency to diagnose the problem in the car | |||
My name is karan kapoor i purchased renault vechicle i.e pulse in 2013. around 20 days back i visited renault delhi west with problem in breaking and lot of noise from the front wheels. I was asked to get it checked next day as they had lot of vechicles that day. I again visited next day they told me problem was identified but they are not having that part with them so "you have to wait for 15 to 20 days ". After waiting for so long yesterday again i submitted my car to the same work shop for same problem. Now today they are saying we changed the part but problem still persists. we need some more time. i dont understand Renault with such a high brand which always talks about quality. this is the service they are providing to the customers.
