[Resolved] Renault — Insurance not being taken up by showroom representative | |||
Kwid (Gj10 al 1799) covered insurance up to 19th april, and a dent on car come to notice on the last day (As car parked in common parking area) however intimation for the same given to sales dept of showroom of jamnagar and got satisfactory reply to rectify the same under insurance. Because of positive verbal response, we agreed and asked to rectify the same but due to some reason they have delayed for 10 days and now getting reply from insurance dept of showroom that your cover time period is over and we cant renew & rectification you have to do at your own cost Was this information helpful? | |||
