I am complaining about the problem from the day one to the service center Tumkur Renault -572106, the problem is not solved permanently.

I am not happy about the way handling the issue

Problem again repeted, and now left door glass not working.
Same reported​ at your work on 28th, As discussed today on telecom.
Since you're in meeting I reported you're team and Mr Manohar .
Said you will be sending Your engineer to the spot .
No further action .On this

Repeatedly I am mentioning the problem exists from the dayone

Let me know whom to take it up, if not possible.
Looks Its taken lightly.

Or get me replaced with new one.

The car is under warranty ( if the car has been driven below 80k KM/ below 4 years and if has completed periodic service carried as per Renault norms ). Customer has purchased the extended warranty .

Below mentioned customer has been facing the issue, ever since he has taken the delivery with the accessories. Team from auto cop has visited the customers place to address the same issue before as well. And also highlighted the issue during periodic service.

often right side door Glass not getting up fully during remote door lock.this issue is keep reporting to Renault Tuumkur
To Mr Manohar and its attended nearly 5 times. this problem exists from the beginning and its not resolved .request Renault get resolved or replace immediately .
on non chargeable basis.
