[Resolved]  Renault Kwid — complaint regarding problem in payment while delivery of the vehicle

Due to heavy rains in guntur, andhra pradesh, water coming inside from the engine side to both front sides i. E.., driver side and at side seat. Given the car to company dealer. After verification they suggested us to leave the car for 2 days with them as they will remove seats and carpet in the car for drying. As they said they rectified the problem and handed over the car in the evening on the date which they promised. From very next day a/c not working due to leakage of gas and again went to dealer, they said we have to verify thoroughly where the leakage and asked us to leave the car again for 1 or 2 days. I rejected and taken away the car. This is the second time i am facing the problem when i have given the car for one problem, after delivery another problem arising. Hence i am not satisfied with the service of the dealer to customer. Another problem is while paying bill they are insisting us to pay 2% extra if the payment is through debit card. There is no such charges for payment through debit card. Only charges will be deducted for credit card payment. If we asked about this, staff saying that this is the policy of the company and they cannot do anything, due to above feeling unhappy with our guntur dealer.
