[Resolved]  Renault — kwid gear knob issue

My name is Rahul and I'm using Kwid Climber Automatic variant. I'm facing
the issue with Gear knob of this car from day one. In running mode car
ignition turns off automatically and starts displaying all the three modes
(DNR) in the console. The issue can occur anytime and it becomes very
dangerous on the highway because I need to stop the car in mid of the
highway to get this ignite again. This issue has been reported to Renault
dealership multiple times. Every month I'm going in dealership to get this
checked. If you check the records of this year I went to service center in
APRIL, MAY, JUNE and two time in July. Service center in Panipat Haryana doesn't care
about customer's concern and they were unable to identify the issue. Then
due to work, I brought this car in Chennai and I really appreciate the
Service center KUN Renault as they were able to identify the issue in one
go.

The software has been upgraded 4 times in last 4 months however, still
issue persist. As per service center they have raised multiple CR and last
time in June they confirmed that we have discussed this with our Chief
technician and in case issue comes back then we will replace couple of
parts related to Gear however, issue came back with in 40 days.

Last week I gave my vehicle to Service center again. I was able to turn on
the Engine however, car didn't move from it's place and stars showing
critical ignition related indicator.

Car went to service center they again followed the same process of raising
CR then upgrading the software. We did a test drive for almost 50kms. Issue
didn't observe.

Same day evening I tried to turn on the car but it didn't turn ON and
starts showing multiple alarms.

I again called service center and now they are saying that we need to test
it again so bring the vehicle. Attached is the PIC of the alarms which is
observed after few hrs. Of the last service.

When Renault knows that it is a known issue then what's the issue in
replacing the faulty units.

I'm not saying that service center is not good, they are very good however,
my issue is not yet resolved and I don't have further patience to visit the
service center again and again.

I need a solid solution to resolve this issue. If you are not able to do
anything then please let me know so that I can sell this piece of "[censored]".
