[Resolved] Renault — Kwid have serious issue in ignition motor | |||||
I have purchased new top end kwid on 20th jan 2016. Till first service, it went well. After 1st service i use to hear a abnormal noise with vibration sound. I spoke to the service person and lodge a verbal complaint. He said bring the vehicle to the show room, i will have a look. After three days i went out and came back home and taking the reverse to park the vehicle the engine is switched off. I try to start & it did not. Luckily it happen near to my home, i push the vehicle to side with the help of my daughter and lodge the complaint to service person and to the call center too. Now the vehicle is towed to the service center and heard from the service person is that the starter motor is gone, i ordered the same from the company. It may take three more days to get it done. He also says that these type of complaints are coming from some of the customer. It is a serious issue, knowing these things the dealer is not keeping the stock of the motor at his end. If it is a manufacturing issue the renault need call back these batch vehicle and replace the same. Found, it is nothing but cheating to full fill the order demand by putting faulty components. Before getting the bad name in the market renault should wake up take a call to replace the faulty one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
