[Resolved] Renault — Lodgy service experience | |||||
Bought this vehicle in Apr 2016, Since then I am complaining about the milage, all sales and service staff keep giving me ways to test the milage. Yesterday I took their driver to test the milage and after crusing at the speed of 90 KM per hour on a highway for 106 kms, I proved it to them. The technical incharge instead of accepting the issue started cross questioning me and driver and I took him for another spin across with his laptop attached to the car to MONITOR the SENSORS. Again the same results. Also every time I go for a service they add more problems than to solve existing, yesterday I complained that the rear camera is misbehaving sometimes, the person who repaired rendered the camera totally not working, and then the advisor has the audacity to ask me to the camera manufacturer for repairs, this camera was fitted by their accessory team while selling the car to me No had any clue, the works manager and all keep deflecting my complaint and were rude. I expected a world class car from a world class brand, but it seems "Renault" actually care a damn for the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
