Hi team,
Pathetic service ever
Now i demand new one to be replaced
My multimedia system is not functioning specially the navigation app (Inc.
India map) & bluetooth app. I had reported the same to wagholi (Pune)
Service center. First time (June'19 end). After a whole day issue did not
Get addressed and asked me to come on another day as i will have to rush to
Work.
2nd visit on 1st week of july'19 they (Wagholi workshop people) took the
Car and after doing all postmortem in two days they come back and told me
Issue did not get resolved and they need to send it to chennai workstation
And assured me this will be done with in 10 to 15 day...
In between i never got a call proactively on progressive update, every time
On a reactive basis i call the service station folks and they keep me
Update by pushing the dates.
*today it is almost a month now, i do not have any further updates on when
And how i will get my system back and god knows all my concerns are
Addressed or not.*
*i really struggling by your team loose communication & doubt on service
Center capabilities.*
*my self amit pattnaik, car is on name of prativa pattnaik (Mh-12-nj-6056).*
Moreover i have a basic concern why my address in your system showing
Magarpatta, pune even after i have submitted my aadhar and residence address
Id during registration and booking. Please get this corrected. (Aadhar
