My vehicle registered number HP842937, hit a small stone while parking and had some damages in its lower parts like condenser etc on 02 Aug 2020. I deposited the vehicle in PPS renault Amberpet, Hyderabad, 500013 on 03 aug 2020. I was given a tentative date of 18 aug to get my repaired veh. Initially i was told that it will take just a few days, but later they kept on increasing the date and even as of now, my vehicle has not been repaired.
Its astonishing to even imagine that renault which prides on customer support worldwide has been so much careless and unmindful of the difficulties faced by a common man. I am a serving army officer and need to visit many places especially due to ongoing issues with china. Despite my telling them of my critical operational requirements, my veh has been given last priority and neglect.
if this is being done to a serving army officer, i can imagine the condition of common people. The show room gave a lame excuse that they needed gasket to repair my car. A small gasket worth thousand rupees!! if renault cant manage this in a service centre in a metro like hyderabad, then god bless you.
i have been mentally harassed due to this and my operation work has suffered due to care a dam attitude of renault india. I request management to take urgent action against the people involved and provide me necessary compensation for the inconveniences which i have suffered due to this attitude of renault india
